I've finally spruced up my wordpress account which I've gotten years ago, and so, it's time to close this lovely chapter of life that I've shared with Blogger and move on to greater things... :)

It's been such a long time since we last saw/chat with each other, and yet the first thing we do is...

How does it feel to wake up everyday and knowing you're well and alive? That you can control however the day is gonna be?
Working in a hospital and being at an age where death is part of the daily news that you read, I've never cherished life more. And thus, I drag the days and sleep less so that I can do more each day, but alas, my body decides to rebel now.
I've never been this ill before. Not the typical bug, it seems like resting is never enough and only makes me sicker. Even though the fever had finally left me and the lingering cough slowly retreating, the increasing fainting spells and unexplained constant fatigue makes this 23 year old girl seems like a 32 y.o. I have never been this inefficient.
Should really go for a check up on the weekends when I don't have to work.
Hope that I'm gonna be okay. Fingers crossed! =X

Too tired. Too many things on my plate right now. Sleep is scarce and precious, I am so spent that I've fallen ill from fatigue with fever and fainting spells, accompanied with moments where I could really feel my heart beating rebelliously abnormally. It's scary. The workload never ends, and the things I naively want to contribute and learn never stops too.
It's extremely demanding on my side but fulfilling too. I'd have to see if I can last for a longer time before I have to take a breather and reexamine everything again.....
Even though I was on time, but the fear of being later than others rushed me. Oh, the sweat, they dewed out of my skin, trickled down my neck, and got all consumed by the absorbent white coat. Hello "Doing Hospital Rounds"!
It was almost dreamlike to be one of the white-clad tiresome faces standing and listening to our fellow comrades recite words medical whenever we change shifts at 0800 sharp daily. And then in come Mr. Head Doctor (who always seems to be fashionably late) who somehow during his decades in hospital work, gained the superpower of listening to 3 people talking about different patients and then replying to another 5 at the same time. Wow. He was in control. Literally. In every sense.
I can't believe I am here, that I officially belonged to a hospital department, that I get to do rounds too, that I get to fire harmless questions whenever I feel like challenging Mr. HD, talking about IV drips, asking for medical reports from the nurses...
Wow. It had always been a silly childhood dream, and I can't believe that at a ripe old age (relatively) of 23, I have seemed to make all the necessary choices to bring me here! It had been a long long ride. :)
Meanwhile, I had the biggest fright of my life tonight. I will talk about it soon. (I hope!)
I let out a hysterical scream when I've loaded the following...

Thanks to the VPN connection, paying NTU misc fees had never felt any more justifiable.
