Trip Choc Cake
After an unbelievably long period of indifference to the craze about photography and hearing about friends' endless yearns for better cameras (SLR, DLR, DLS, STD, CBD, ECP... Ah I don't know!), I've suddenly been hit with a crushing wave of photo-cravings that my current very loyal and functional Canon Powershot A550 can no longer satisfy. It's about having to let the splendid colours in glorious food-porn images slip away, about been able to induce an even more orgasmic feel when looking back at those images again at night, about to be able to fantasize about these sensual delights with better visual stimulation...

But, it must be crazy for me to even spend $1 on one more camera when I already have a loyal and functional one sittin' on my desk, waiting patiently for me to touch it day after night. I just can't bear to watch it turn lackluster should I have gotten myself a new toy, simply because it had become relatively incapable all of a sudden, in a way erasing all its merits and the tons of delightful pictures it had delivered for so long. So, I guess I'll just hang out with my best lens-friend till death do us part, and I shall try to make do by editing my images with endless software tricks, like the ones used in this post.

And the foodie things I've been missing really badly - my oven, my workspace in the kitchen, my fancy cooking equipments and ingredients... and having all the time in the world to work on recipes.
